RESERVATIONS
• Single Day tours
To be sure to be on the tour of your choice, we strongly recommend that you contact us ahead of time to make a reservation. However, we do allow walk-ons. To do this, simply show up at our meeting point by 9:20 am and we will accommodate you if room is available.

We can only reserve your place on our tours if you are paid in full, or if you provide us with your credit card information to hold your place. If you choose not to pay in advance but leave your credit card information, on the day of the tour you may pay in cash or by credit card. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the tour.

•Private tours
These tours require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of reservation and full payment no less than 14 days before the tour begins.

CANCELLATIONS
• For single day tours Cancellations before 48 hours of the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

• Private tours
A 50% refund of the tour price will be given for cancellations up to 2 weeks before the tour date.

Any cancellation within 2 weeks of the tour date invokes forfeiture of the full payment amount.
Should you have to cancel any of our tours, we will make every effort to accommodate you on an alternative tour date.
