The price for the 3-Day Tour includes bicycle use, helmet, water bottle, 2 nights in a 4/5 star hotel, 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners. Both lunch and dinner include wine and all meals are served in a restaurant. The price of this tour will vary depending on the season and the type of room selected. The price listed is for high season, and one standard room being shared by two people.

Reservations:
To be sure to be on the tour of your choice, we recommend that you contact us ahead of time to make a reservation. However, we do allow walk-ons. To do this, simply show up at our meeting point by 9:30 am and we will accommodate you if room is available. Single day tours are discounted 10% if paid in full up to 30 days before the tour date.

3-day tours require a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of reservation and full payment no less than 14 days before the tour date.

Cancellations:
Should you have to cancel any of our tours, we will make every effort to accommodate you on an alternative tour date.

For single day tours: Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.

For 3-day tours:
A 50% refund of the tour price will be given for cancellations up to 48 hrs before the tour date. Any cancellation within 48 hrs of the tour date invokes forfeiture of the full payment amount.
